1. Doing business with The Queen's Flowers: How do I become a client?
You may contact us via e-mail at info@queensflowers.com or by phone at 1-800-888-1777 and we'll assist you with the process. You can also download our CREDIT APPLICATION and fax it to 305-591-8876 or send it by email to info@queensflowers.com.

2. How can I order flowers from The Queen's Flowers?
If you are a Florist or Event Planner, you can order our Benchmark Growers® fresh cut flowers from your local wholesaler. You can also contact us at info@queensflowers.com and we will provide you with a list of wholesalers that carry our products in your area. If you are a licensed and operational Wholesaler, you can download a credit application from our site and send the completed application to info@queensflowers.com or fax it to 305-591-8876. Please tell us what products you are interested in and include your contact information so that one of our account managers can contact you. You can also call us at 1-800-888-1777 where you may speak directly to the manager in charge.

3. Does The Queen's Flowers have a Credit Department?
Yes, The Queen's Flowers Corporation has a department designated just for the purpose of obtaining credit and opening an account. Our account representatives can help you obtaining all the information needed to open an account, such as credit application and bank references. You may also find this form at the top of this page where you can download it, fill it out and fax it back to us so that the process can get under way prior to your first order.

4. What are the requirements for opening an account with The Queen's Flowers?
First and foremost, you need to be a licensed and operational Wholesaler. Then, you will need to fill out our credit application which can be obtained from an account representative or at the top of this page. There are different criteria for the amount of credit that can be given. Our Credit Manager will review your credit application and set your credit limits, based on information obtained from a variety of sources.

5. How soon can an account be opened?
As long as the information on your credit application is complete and gives our Credit Department enough criteria from which to ascertain your credit worthiness, it should take no more than three working days.

6. Where is The Queen's Flowers product from?
We import our product from Colombia and Ecuador. All farms are located mainly in the Sabana de Bogotá and in Rionegro, Antioquia.

7. Can you do special packs to suit our orders?
As soon as you give us your specifications we can take advantage of our established infrastructure in both the U.S. and Colombia, so that we can start to process your customized order as quickly as you may need in the pack that can best suit your needs.

8. How fast can you react to a special order or pre-booking?
With the commitment from our farms, we are able to react to special orders and pre-bookings with a minimum four-day advance notice.

9. Do you have a standing order program?
Yes. Not only will you be able to place a Standing Order with us, but you will also notice that the advantages and technical support that we offer surpasses that of our competition. These added benefits give you more time to concentrate on further developing your business.

10. What is your commitment to standing orders and pre-bookings at peak holiday times?
The Queen's Flowers Corporation is strongly committed to our standing order and pre-booking customers. We fill standing orders first, then we fill standing order customer pre-bookings, followed by pre-bookings on a first come, first serve basis. We pride ourselves on our ability to fulfill standing orders and pre-bookings on a consistent basis with a high quality product and unsurpassed service.
